Job Description:
- Prepare cost estimates (materials, labor & equipment)
- Develop tender documents & bills of quantities
- Handle contract administration & ensure compliance
- Monitor project costs & prepare financial reports
- Manage cost-related risks & scope changes
- Coordinate with architects, engineers & contractors
- Perform quantity take-off from technical drawings
- Manage final accounts including variations & claims
- Monitor project schedules & evaluate subcontractor quotations
- Perform other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- 3–7 years of experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
