Tanggungjawab

Join our Supply Chain team and play a key role in ensuring material availability, inventory optimization, and on-time customer delivery. You will work closely with Program Management, Production, and Supply Chain teams to support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage material planning activities to ensure materials are available to support production schedules and customer demand.
  • Monitor Clean-to-Build performance and proactively resolve material shortages.
  • Analyze inventory levels and drive actions to reduce excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Program Management, and Production teams to ensure smooth material flow.
  • Monitor production schedules and identify potential risks that may impact customer delivery commitments.
  • Track and analyze supply chain performance metrics, including material availability and on-time delivery.
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions and material shortages.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory management and planning efficiency.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Material Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, or Production Planning within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of Rapid Response (Kinaxis RR) is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
