JOB SCOPE :

• Set up new units including assembling furniture and installing fixtures
• Prepare and update daily maintenance checklists
• Inspect, check and maintain unit facilities
• Repair and resolve major maintenance issues, including: Air-conditioning servicing / Plumbing / piping / Maintenance
• Assemble and install furniture : Bedframes / Wardrobes / cabinets / Curtains and racks
• Assist Housekeeping team when required
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior

WHAT WE NEED :

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the maintenance field
• Good knowledge in maintenance work, especially air-conditioning (AC)
• Technical education background such as GIATMARA, Kolej Vokasional, or SKM certificate is encouraged
• Own transportation (car or motorcycle), as frequent travel between branches is required
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Physically fit and willing to do manual handling, furniture assembly, and installation work
• Responsible, disciplined and willing to learn

WORKING DAYS :

Monday to Saturday : 8.00AM - 5.00PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
