Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Process Engineer role based in Perai. The Process Engineer will design, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes to support the production of high-performance sound solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing process data, improving process stability and efficiency, supporting new product introductions, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams in engineering, production, and quality to resolve issues, standardize best practices, and drive continuous improvement across the plant.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Process Engineering and Process Design skills to develop, optimize, and document manufacturing processes.
• Candidates should possess solid Process Control and Analytical Skills to monitor performance, interpret data, and implement corrective actions.
• Candidates should possess a background in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline to understand materials, reactions, and industrial processing.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Candidates should possess good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with production, quality, and R&D teams.
• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) is preferred; experience in manufacturing or automotive/consumer electronics industries is an advantage.
