Knowledge/Experience Required for the Job

• Familiar with contract administration of oil and gas project.

• At least 8 years of relevant working experience.

Academic/Professional Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

• Act as the main point of contact for all matters related to contract administration and support resolution of contractual issues in a timely and effective manner.

• Monitor and ensure contractor and internal compliance with all terms, conditions, and obligations stated in the contract.

• Prepare, maintain, and update key project documentation, including AFS Logs and Change Management Logs, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

• Oversee and steward the preparation of AFS Completion and Acceptance documentation, ensuring alignment with project requirements.

• Coordinate the preparation and submission of final invoicing, ensuring all supporting documents and approvals are in place.

• Support project closeout activities, including the compilation of Project Closeout Reports and Final Project Documents for archival and audit purposes.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders and contractors to ensure smooth workflow and consistent adherence to contractual and project documentation standards.
