Sepenuh Masa Production Planner Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,800 in Times Ceramica Sdn Bhd Pasir Gudang - Maukerja

Experience: At least 2-5 years' experience in Production Planning

Education: Diploma/Bachelor Degree or Above

Skills/Knowledge:

1. Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.

2. High integrity with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

3. Leadership skills and potentials.

4. Must be PC literate and able to use Microsoft Office software packages.

5. Resourceful and energetic, with an eye for details on strategic matters.

6. Able to work independently as well as being a team-player with strong commitment to department harmony.

7. Must be able to work under pressure and meet the demands of the job.

8. Have knowledge of material management and inventory control.

Responsibilities

1. Plan, do production schedules according to orders.

2. Coordinate with other department to make sure all items are ready according to production schedules.

3. Maintain records, prepares reports and composes correspondence relative to the works (order quantity, production quantity, actual quantity, delivery schedule and etc.)

4. Do jobs as assigned by production (factory) manager.

5. Do translation for manager when needed.

6. Collect daily report from production line and do some filing when needed.

7. Do forms that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of production line when needed.

8. Pass the document that have been signed by manager to all other departments when needed.

9. Strictly follow workplace safety procedures and wear PPE set or other safety equipment when necessary.

10. Adhere to company's ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO4001 Environmental System, ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) management systems & procedure at all time.

11. Maintain 5s and upkeep cleanliness of workplace.

12. Perform all other works as and when assigned.

13. Received and act on other instructions as and when assigned from immediate superior or the management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
