Tanggungjawab

  • Prepare budgetary estimates based on tender drawings and project requirements.
  • Source and obtain quotations from contractors and suppliers for cost analysis, evaluation, and budgeting purposes.
  • Manage progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
  • Support contract administration and other related operational matters.
  • Ensure proper cost control and adherence to project budgets.


Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in high-rise construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration, procurement, cost control, and variation management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
  • Strong attention to detail, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
