Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks
Prepare documents, reports, and data entry
Manage filing systems and office records
Answer phone calls and emails professionally
Coordinate meetings and support daily office operations
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
Good communication and organizational skills
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
