Tanggungjawab

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Gather, check, and process employee timesheets, attendance, and overtime details.
  • Handle monthly payroll processing, ensuring all salary components, allowances, deductions, and statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) are accurate.
  • Update and maintain employee payroll information within the system.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll matters, including deductions and payslips.
  • Ensure payroll processes comply with current labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN) for submissions and reporting.
  • Prepare payroll-related reports as required by management.
  • Assist HR and Finance teams during payroll audits and reconciliation processes.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of all payroll and employee information.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and experienced in using payroll systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Possess good communication and organizational abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
