Job Responsibilities

• Assist Facility HVAC Engineer for daily trouble shooting, breakdown, repairing and maintaining job.
• Assist to oversee day to day HVAC system operation and breakdown analysis.
• Assist to oversee Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule and ensure the PM done on schedule.
• Coordinate and arrange instrument for verification & calibration.
• To ensure PM, Verification, Calibration records are properly maintained & documented.

GENERAL JOB PURPOSE

• HVAC Supervisor position purpose is to assist Facility HVAC Engineer to monitor and supervise the team to reduce breakdown and at the same time improving HVAC activity (AHU, FCU, Cooling Tower, Chiller, and Air Curtain System) in Hovid Ipoh including:
• Responsible for all personnel under his/her jurisdiction and has the authority to take action with regards to their performance and personnel administration within the limit of company policy.
• To ensure relevant training and development are provided for improvement in terms of job knowledge and flexibility of workforce skills.
• To monitor the condition of the workplace is always in the safest condition before starting any processes.
• To ensure calibration and verification reports of equipment are always within the period as mentioned.
• To ensure all operations are performed in accordance with the relevant statutory regulations, company procedures, machinery manufacturer's guidelines and standards.
• To assist Facility HVAC Engineer on the HVAC related activities and schedules of equipment in plant.

Requirement :

• Minimum SKM/Diploma in HVAC Maintenance / Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 3–4 years working experience in trouble shooting of pharmaceutical equipment.
• Familiar hands on with machine trouble shooting, repairing, and HVAC system trouble shooting skill.
• Good in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Self-starter, energetic, problem solver and proactive.
• Able to work beyond normal working hours and able to provide support during machine breakdowns. Computer literate.
• Ensure team and working area comply with safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) rules and regulations.
• Experience in a GMP Pharmaceutical Production Environment is a plus.
• Experience as Supervisor or Leader is a plus.
