Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Office Administration, or related field
  • Strong interest in Human Resources, people management, and administrative operations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information professionally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn
  • Good time management and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Basic understanding of HR practices is an added advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources Support
  • Assist in recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and candidate status updates, wherever needed.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of employee documentation and induction materials.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with proper confidentiality.
  • Support employee engagement activities, internal events, and company culture initiatives.
  • Support training coordination, staff development initiatives, and attendance tracking for internal learning activities.
  • Administration Support
  • Assist in maintaining proper filing and organization of company administrative documents.
  • Support office administrative coordination, including supplies monitoring, document preparation, and record management.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting arrangements, and taking minutes when required.
  • Support general office coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Compliance & Documentation Support
  • Assist in maintaining HR and administrative documentation in line with company policies and procedural requirements.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information at all times.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
