Kerja Sepenuh Masa Technical Assistant, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di TCIE Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

Attend to customers' vehicle that coming into workshop for repair; issuing Repair Order and recommend appropriate solution.

Distribute Repair Order to mechanic to perform the repair; consistently monitor and follow-up on the work progress to ensure completion on schedule.

Conduct mechanic’s workmanship check and ensure mechanic’s workmanship at tip-top quality at all times.

· Prepare estimated repair cost and job completion time, follow up on work progress and update customers accordingly.

Prepare spare parts order list to Spare Parts Counter; monitor the ordered spare parts are supply to mechanic on time to carry out repair job efficiently.

Develop and maintain good relationship with customers and vendors.

Delegate the outsource works as per SOP and coordinate with vendors of all outsource works being carryout on schedule/ times.

Monitor the vendor’s billing/ charges/ delivery quantity & quality of all the outsource works / supply are in proper at all times.

Coordinate and arrange 24-hours vehicle breakdown service for customer if necessary.

Coordinate, arrange and monitor mobile services for customer.

Verify Repair Order and related documents are in order after job completion for prepare Tax Invoice for customer.

Assists workshop head on manage the human resources related matter, extract workshop sales data from system, prepare workshop management report and analysis workshop performance data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
