Tanggungjawab
1. Install, commission, and test medical equipment at customer sites.
2. Perform preventive maintenance (PM), inspection, calibration, and performance verification according to service schedules.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment faults and carry out corrective repairs.
4. Respond promptly to service calls and emergency equipment breakdowns.
5. Prepare accurate service reports and obtain customer acknowledgement upon completion of each service visit.
6. Maintain complete service records, maintenance logs, and equipment history.
7. Provide operational guidance and basic user training to healthcare professionals.
8. Assist in equipment acceptance testing and handover to customers.
9. Ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications, company procedures, MDA regulations, and applicable ISO standards.
Pay: RM1,934.41 - RM3,000.00 per month
