Seeking a Project Engineer to lead plastic injection projects, improve processes, support new setups, and ensure quality compliance with ISO standards

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up, optimizing, and troubleshooting plastic injection molding processes.
• Monitor and improve product quality, including handling molding defects and customer complaints.
• Support new product or process qualification and trial runs.
• Collaborate with QA on quality-related issues and provide technical feedback.
• Enhance line performance, yield, and process efficiency.
• Lead problem-solving efforts and develop effective solutions with line technicians.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 13485 standards in the implementation of PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, and FMEA.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering with at least 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge in plastic injection molding processes and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with production/process engineering, QA standards, and basic manufacturing practices.
• Proficient in MS Office and quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 13485 standards in the implementation of PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, and FMEA.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
