Position: IT Support Analyst

Industry: Musical instruments, audio equipment, and industrial machinery

Location: Kelana Jaya, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Employment Type : 6 months contract with PEROL

Salary: RM3,000 to RM4,000 (based on experience & skills) + Statutory Contributions + Leave Entitlement + Medical Coverage

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on IT Support Analyst to provide end-user technical support while assisting with an ongoing system integration project. This role combines day-to-day IT support responsibilities with project-related activities such as data migration, data validation, vendor coordination, and user support. It is an excellent opportunity for IT professionals looking to gain exposure to enterprise-level system implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support (70%)

• Provide first-level IT support to internal users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, laptops, desktops, and Microsoft Office-related issues
• Resolve technical issues remotely and provide onsite support when required
• Coordinate with external vendors for issue escalation and resolution
• Support daily IT operations and ensure smooth business continuity

Project Implementation Support (30%)

• Perform data cleansing, data entry, validation, and migration activities
• Support system integration and implementation initiatives
• Collaborate with project vendors and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Assist with project coordination, testing, and user support
• Ensure successful system rollout and stabilization

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Minimum 1–2 years of IT Support experience
• Strong knowledge of Power BI
• Experience in: Data Cleaning, Data Entry, Data Validation, End-User Support & IT Troubleshooting
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Experience

• System implementation, migration, or integration projects
• Vendor management and coordination
• Microsoft 365 environment exposure
• Data migration and reporting activities
