We are looking for a Protege who would like to grow with us, clearly defined by three things:

As a Protege, you will have a chance to:

• Understand customers’ need and their IT equipments
• Implement IT equipments
• Manage IT equipment services including provisioning and configuration
• Handle on-site support following SLA
• Provide IT support
• Collaborate with the teams for on-going maintenance e.g. infra-application version upgrade, hotfix deploy, system monitoring, job automations

We are looking for an individual with:

• Fresh graduates with Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree/ Professional Certificate preferably in IT/ Information Systems/ Computer Science
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; confident in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Based in Johor Bahru

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
