Key Responsibilities:

• Create and Design Ads: Develop visually appealing and effective advertisements for a variety of platforms, including social media, search engines, display networks, print media, and more.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all ads align with the company's branding and marketing guidelines.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work with the marketing, copywriting, and creative teams to understand campaign goals, target audience, and messaging.
• Iterative Design Process: Revise and refine ad designs based on feedback from stakeholders and performance metrics.
• Asset Management: Organize and manage a library of design assets for various campaigns.
• Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with the latest design and advertising trends to ensure ads are innovative and competitive.
• Ad Performance Analysis: Work with the analytics team to assess the performance of ads and make data-driven adjustments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Advertising, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in advertising or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of ad designs.
• Knowledge of digital advertising formats and specifications (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)
• Good knowledge in skincare product would be advantage.
• Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
