Sales Coordination

• Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents
• Follow up on sales inquiries, purchase orders, and contract documentation
• Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and CRM systems
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
• Assist in sales forecasting and monthly sales reporting

Project Coordination

• Coordinate project schedules, documentation, and progress tracking
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestone completion
• Prepare project-related documents such as work orders, progress reports, and completion reports
• Track variations, additional works, and change orders

Communication & Administration

• Act as the main coordination point between sales, project, finance, and operations teams
• Arrange meetings, site visits, and client communications
• Handle documentation filing, approvals, and record keeping
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and contractual requirements

Finance & Billing Support

• Coordinate with finance on invoicing, payment claims, and collection follow-ups
• Track project costs, budgets, and payment milestones
• Assist in preparing cost summaries and project closing documents

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
