IT Support Technician (Onsite) – Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia
Work Model: 5 Days Onsite (Monday to Friday)
Employment Type: Independent Contractor (without any benefits)
Compensation: USD $1,400 – $1,500 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Technician to provide onsite technical support for end users. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting Windows environments, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced corporate setting.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of IT support or help desk experience.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
• Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, VPNs, printers, and basic networking concepts.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work onsite and provide hands-on deskside support.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
