Job Description:

TGL Malaysia, part of Think Global Logistics, is expanding — and we’re looking for a Sales Support to join our dynamic team in Malaysia. This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer support and solution delivery experience in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tariff and freight rate consolidation, ensuring pricing information is accurate and up to date.
• Collect, analyse, and maintain cost data to support competitive pricing strategies
• Support the Sales team with quotation preparation, customer presentations, event coordination, meeting documentation, and other sales-related activities.
• Maintain pricing databases and ensure timely updates of tariffs and supplier rates.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients and agents to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
• Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
