Full Time Field Service Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,500 in Agensi Pekerjaan Versatile Creation Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform and supervise installation, technical system checks and commissioning of equipment at customers’ sites globally.
• Continuously collect, analyze and summarize customers’ feedback, and report to the line manager
• Followu p of service-related activities and timely execution of service tasks
• Generate reports in a timely and transparent manner, especially with issues concerning job schedule, potential risks, technical difficulties, etc.
• Communicate and collaborate appropriately with customers.
• Build up and maintain AIXTRON corporate image by delivering excellence in customer service.
• Ensure the proper function of tools and safety equipment, strictly following safety procedure to handle hazardous chemicals.
• Shift duty might be required upon customer request.
• >90%International travel is required to serve customers in Europe, USA and other countries. Continuous travel for 8 weeks as it is standard for global customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and production teams to provide in-depth feedback on current and prototype systems and components, driving product improvements, improved testing and validation processes and ongoing innovation.
• Support equipment assembly, testing and final system validation at AIXTRON facilities, ensuring all systems meet performance standards ahead of customer acceptance evaluations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, majoring in electrical, mechanical engineering or related field is preferred
• At least 2 years’ experience in equipment engineering or service, preferably from Semiconductor-, CVD- or PVD-industry
• Experience in technical customer service of AIXTRON MOCVD systems is welcome
• Working experience in European companies is preferred Excellent in oral and written English
• Strong skills in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, vacuum, gas and software control systems
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Able to accept international travel and long-term work in other countries

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
