Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Intern to support our daily operations. This internship is ideal for final-year students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in administration, inventory, fulfillment, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle order fulfilment and product shipment coordination
• Manage stock control, including incoming and outgoing inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock reports
• Assist with packing, labelling, and dispatch of products
• Handle customer service tasks by responding to customer ratings, comments, and feedback professionally
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing
• Support general administrative tasks and documentation
• Help maintain organized records for inventory, shipments, and customer communication
• Prepare internal and external live host performance reports and commission reports.
• Collect customer's testimony regarding product.

Requirements

• Final-year student (Diploma or Degree)
• Highly meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented
• Good written communication skills
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
• Basic knowledge of inventory or administrative work is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
