We’re Hiring: Account Executive

Location: Subang Jaya
Company: MN Utilities Engineering Sdn Bhd

We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Account Payable (AP) operations including invoice verification, posting, supplier payment processing, intercompany billing and e-invoice compliance.
• Handling & monitoring on account payable and account receivable and collections.
• Manage project accounting, including project cost tracking, subcontractor payments, progress billing, and budget monitoring.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary for statutory and audit matters.
• Ensure compliance with LHDN, SST, Companies Act 2016, and other statutory requirements.
• Review and process invoices, payment vouchers, and financial document.
• Maintain proper documentation and filling of financial records.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience; experience in construction/engineering/project-based companies is an advantage.
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Able to handle full set of accounts independently.
• Familiar with accounting software such as AutoCount and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong analytical skills, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
