Job Responsibility

• Coordinate between the production and sales coordinators to ensure the delivery date and packing method are met.
• Prepare and arrange documentation, including delivery orders, invoices, Certificates of Analysis (COA), master cards, and other shipping documents.
• Compare transportation costs and make decisions regarding transportation arrangements.
• Continuously evaluate and identify potential new transporters for replacement as needed.
• Ensure the correct quantity of products are delivered to customers.
• Prevent storage of idle finished products in the warehouse.
• Cross check the Daily Finished Goods stock update (stock list).
• Maintain good communication with transporters to ensure delivery dates are met.
• Collaborate with transporters to address shipment specifications and handling issues.
• Notify the sales team promptly when products cannot be delivered on time.
• Check and submit transporter invoices to the account department.
• Compile reports and present them to superiors in a timely and error-free manner.
• To manage and comply with ISO 9001:2015, ISO FSSC 22000, Occupational safety & health, environment & industry regulator requirements.
• Maintain proper filing practices and keep documentation well-organized.
• Report any problems or issues to superiors promptly.
• Undertake all duties and responsibilities as instructed by superior.

Requirement

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in any field
• Preferable at least 1-year working experience in related field
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office
• Able to communicate effectively, both speaking and writing in Bahasa Malaysia and English
