Job Description:

• Coordinate and support day-to-day operations and activities
• Liaise with vendors and supplier
• Monitor task progress and follow up on outstanding items
• Prepare reports, schedules, and documentation as required
• Arrange meetings, site visits, and appointments
• Ensure information is communicated accurately and timely
• Support management in administrative and coordination matters
• Email communicated with supplier/subcon update internal team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics operations.
• Strong contract negotiation, supplier and vendor management skills.
• In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, including third-party logistics.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
