PH Palm Express Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Mill Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Bandar Penawar, Johor. As a full-time Mill Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily mill operations to ensure efficient production, product quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
What you'll be doing
- Supervise daily mill operations to ensure smooth and efficient production
- Monitor processing parameters and ensure product quality meets specifications
- Coordinate with boiler, engine room, and maintenance team for continuous operation
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements
- Monitor manpower deployment and shift performance
- Troubleshoot operational issues and take corrective actions
- Ensure proper housekeeping and good manufacturing practices (GMP)
- Prepare daily production and operation reports
- Ensure equipment is operated according to SOP and work instructions
- Assist in planning maintenance and shutdown activities
- Ensure compliance with DOSH, DOE, and company regulations
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years of working experience in palm oil mill operations
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work on shift and handle emergency situations
- Responsible and able to work under pressure
