Kerja Sepenuh Masa IT - ADMIN EXECUTIVE (ENGINEERING - SHIPYARD) - JOHOR, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di Pioneer Smith Shipyard Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support for office systems, including computers, printers, and network infrastructure
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and company IT systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure minimal downtime
• Manage company email systems, data backups, and basic cybersecurity practices
• Maintain IT inventory, licenses, and system documentation
• Handle administrative duties including filing, documentation, and office coordination
• Prepare reports, purchase requests, and internal documentation
• Assist in HR-related tasks such as attendance tracking and basic payroll support
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for IT and office needs

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in IT support and/or administrative role
• Basic knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and software installation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Able to work independently and support multiple departments

Preferred (Advantage):

• Experience in engineering, shipyard, or industrial environment
• Familiar with basic server management or cloud systems
• Knowledge of accounting/admin software is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
