Kerja Sepenuh Masa D-E Manager, Gaji tinggi MYR 10,000 di FUTURISTIC STORE FIXTURES Selangor - Maukerja

1. Coordinate with production and project department in Prototype and FAI preparation

2. Ensure all Prototype is completed and ready for customer review within customer given time frame.

3.Ensure all Bill of Material (BOM) and drawings are always updated by reviewing with the Project Dept from time to time.

4.Ensure all information between Bill of Material (BOM), parts drawings and shop drawings, and cutting list is always tally.

5.Drive the Value Engineering initiative to reduce material cost and increase productivity in production line across all product range.

6.Work closely with costing department to analyze pre and post cost periodically and to focus on area which can increase product profit.

7.Set ambitious D & E goals and communicate to all D & E staff through motivation, support and guidance.

8.Assist D&E Director to prepare Job Description and KPI for every D&E department staff.

9.Ensure all D&E staff meet KPI target set.

10.Improve D&E team’s efficiency in BOM and Drawings preparation.

11.Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.

12.Organize weekly meetings with D & E staff to monitor work progress to ensure all assigned task are completed timely.

13.Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including production, project

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
