Job Description :

• Overseeing day-to-day operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and purchasing supplies.
• Hiring, training, scheduling, and mentoring kitchen staff to maintain high performance and sanitation standards.
• Managing kitchen budgets, tracking food and labor costs, and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Ensuring consistent food presentation and quality across all dishes to uphold the restaurant's reputation
• Designing, testing, and updating innovative, seasonal menus to boost profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

• A minimum of 5–12 years of culinary experience, often requiring experience in fine dining or 5-star hotels.
• Culinary degree or formal training is usually required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, train, and inspire a diverse team.
• Proficiency in managing food costs, inventory, and labor budgets.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software, Microsoft Office, Excel.
• Available to work on-call, shifts, after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays.
• Excellent communication skills.
