Project Manager (Construction)

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to completion
• Oversee project schedule, cost, quality, and safety
• Manage project team including engineers, QS, and site staff
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities
• Monitor progress and prepare project reports
• Handle contract administration, variation orders, and claims
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction industry
• Proven experience managing building or infrastructure projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in project planning tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera)
• Professional certification (e.g. PMP) is an advantage
