We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will handle various office tasks, maintain schedules, manage communications, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and meetings to optimize time and productivity
- Professionally answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence to facilitate effective communication
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and records to ensure accurate information management
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to support team collaboration and task completion
- Support office operations by performing general administrative duties to maintain efficient workflow
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to produce and manage office documents and communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively in a dynamic office environment
- Professional attitude and strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred as a foundation for administrative responsibilities
- Experience with office management systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Basic bookkeeping or administrative support experience to assist with financial record-keeping
