Tanggungjawab

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents
  • Manage and coordinate customer orders
  • Follow up on order status and delivery schedules
  • Communicate with customers and internal departments
  • Maintain and update sales records and reports
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Relevant experience in sales or administration is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
