Job Overview:

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive - Japanese Speaker to support Japanese-speaking customers for a global technology services organization. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive customer experience through various communication channels. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

What Will You Do:

  • Provide professional customer support to Japanese-speaking customers via phone and email.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update records in internal systems.
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams and follow through to resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service and support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated on operational processes, tools, and product information.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets, including productivity and quality metrics.


What Makes You A Good Fit:


  • Native Japanese speaker or JLPT N1 certified candidate is mandatory for non-native speakers.
  • Excellent Japanese language proficiency (spoken, written, and reading comprehension).
  • Good communication skills in English for internal communication.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous customer service or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computer systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
  • Willing to work onsite in Cyberjaya and support rotational shifts.
