• Patrol parking area to ensure smooth traffic flow at all times
• To assist in payment collection from casual / season customers
• Ensure cleanliness of parking bays, signage and parking equipment
• Monitor parking availability and ensure orderly parking of vehicles
• Enforce parking regulations and attend to customer queries and complaints
• Update season pass card information into the parking system on a timely and accurate manner
• Monitor car park equipment in ensuring full functionality at all times
• Assist maintenance team in preventive maintenance of car park equipment when needed

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Secondary (SPM level) certificate or equivalent
• Able to work in shifts and willing to work weekends / public holidays when needed
• Computer literate (eg: Microsoft Windows / Microsoft Excel etc)
• Able to work independently
