Kerja Sepenuh Masa, BIM Modeler di YTL Construction Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are looking for a detail-oriented M&E BIM Modeler to take full ownership of the drafting, 3D modeling, and technical documentation for our mechanical and electrical projects. You will bridge the gap between engineering design and on-site construction by producing clash-free, code-compliant models and drawings within strict deadlines.

• Execute the full production of technical drawings, 3D BIM models, sections, schedules, and quantity take-offs from conceptual schemes provided by Engineers.
• Proactively coordinate with Architecture, Civil & Structural (C&S) departments to propose alternative routing for M&E services, ensuring zero clashes with other disciplines.
• Adhere strictly to departmental drafting and BIM standards, ensuring all outputs are accurate, consistent, and submitted on time.
• Prepare and finalize drawings required for regulatory authority submissions.
• Manage the systematic storage, retrieval, and version control of all drawings, models, and project documentation, ensuring full traceability.
• Provide drafting support for design calculations and respond to site technical queries by issuing revised shop drawings as needed.
• Ensure all modeling and documentation comply with local building codes, guidelines, and project specifications.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or other equivalent fields.
• At least 2 years of working experience in CAD, Revit, BIM drafting, or related fields.
• Knowledge of engineering design principles specialising in common M&E services design or equivalent.
• Familiar with CAD software, drawing programs, and modelling software.
• Familiar with BIM modeller or relevant software in regards to building or infrastructure design.
