A leading global Beuaty Retail organisation is seeking a strategic Chief Information Officer (CIO) to drive its international technology agenda. Operating across multiple geographies, the company is committed to enterprise transformation, cybersecurity resilience, and simplifying its operating model to enable sustainable business growth.

Your new role

As CIO for company, you will shape and deliver a business-aligned technology strategy. Reporting to the Group CIO, with matrix accountability to the CFO, you will lead ERP modernisation, strengthen cybersecurity, build a robust data and analytics foundation, and simplify the technology landscape. You will partner closely with business leadership and country IT teams across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa to ensure technology becomes a lever for growth and competitive advantage.

What you'll need to succeed

• Enterprise transformation leadership experience, not just IT operations.
• Proven success in ERP modernisation and large-scale enterprise platform programs.
• Strong judgment in cybersecurity governance and risk management.
• Ability to connect technology priorities directly to business growth, efficiency, and simplification.
• Experience in global, matrixed organisations, ideally within FMCG or consumer-oriented businesses.
• Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead through influence.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field; postgraduate business qualifications are an advantage.
