Full Time Finance Systems Implementation Lead (Netsuite) Jobs, in Wilson - Maukerja

Our client is a global MNC in the B2B sector, headquartered in Singapore. They are currently looking to hire. They are looking to hire an experienced Finance Systems Implementation Lead (Netsuite).

This is a highly visible opportunity for someone who combines strong NetSuite solution architecture expertise with a solid understanding of finance processes. You'll serve as the bridge between Finance and Technology, shaping the NetSuite solution, leading the integration design, and ensuring the platform supports the Group's finance processes, controls, and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Group's NetSuite Subject Matter Expert, leading solution design across Finance and Technology.
• Design NetSuite solutions that align with finance policies, business processes, and reporting requirements.
• Own the integration design between NetSuite and operational systems, working closely with Group Technology and Data Governance teams.
• Govern and challenge implementation partners to ensure solutions meet business objectives and finance standards.
• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions.
• Define and validate statutory, management, and group reporting requirements.
• Lead workshops, requirements gathering, solution validation, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple countries to deliver a successful global ERP implementation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations, with the ability to act as a NetSuite Solution Architect and Subject Matter Expert.
• Strong finance process knowledge (FP&A, Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, financial reporting, etc.) with the ability to translate finance requirements into ERP solutions. An accounting qualification is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to operate confidently between Finance and Technology, influencing both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong experience in NetSuite integration design using Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, or similar iPaaS platforms.
• Proven ability to govern implementation partners and challenge solution design where appropriate.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills in regional or global environments.
• Experience with NetSuite OneWorld, NetSuite certifications, or exposure to the shipping, maritime, logistics, or freight forwarding industries will be highly regarded.
• Willingness to work onsite in Singapore with occasional regional travel.
