About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Admin Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will handle the day-to-day HR administration for our Singapore office and support HR operations across our overseas markets. This role requires a proactive and hands-on individual who thrives in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate HR operations for employees in Singapore and overseas offices.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, offer management, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts, HR letters, employee-related documentation, and conducting new hire orientation.
- Administer and coordinate MOM work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and liaise with MOM, CPF Board, and other relevant authorities on HR-related matters.
- Manage payroll inputs, leave administration, attendance records, and employee benefits administration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Coordinate performance appraisal exercises, probation reviews, and employee confirmation processes.
- Support employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and HR policies.
- Prepare HR reports and support HR projects, audits, process improvement initiatives, HR digitalisation, and system implementation projects as required.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with the application and coordination of relevant government grants, and corporate support schemes.
- Coordinate company meetings, training programs, employee engagement activities, and corporate events.
- Provide general office administration support and coordinate administrative matters as required.
- Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration or a generalist HR role.
- Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations, including CPF, MOM, and work pass administration, is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptable and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced startup environment.
