Our client, a global leader in express logistics and parcel delivery, is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operations across Singapore and Malaysia.

This is a regional leadership role overseeing fleet management, gateway operations, linehaul transportation, and cross-border operational performance, ensuring exceptional service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring operational excellence and SLA achievement.
• Manage fleet operations, gateway performance, and linehaul network optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and productivity initiatives.
• Lead and develop multi-country operations teams while fostering a strong safety and performance culture.
• Collaborate closely with commercial and customer service teams to align operational capacity with business growth.

What We're Looking For

• 5–8+ years of operations management experience within courier, express parcel, logistics, or freight forwarding.
• Strong hands-on experience in fleet management, gateway/hub operations, and linehaul transportation.
• Experience managing cross-border operations, ideally across Singapore and Malaysia.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Experience with similar courier and parcel operators is highly preferred.
