The Role
You'll build products, end to end — shipping features that drive how people earn, redeem, and how HeyMax grows into new markets. From partner integrations to the flows users touch, you own what you build: idea to ship, then iterate.

The Role
You'll build products, end to end — shipping features that drive how people earn, redeem, and how HeyMax grows into new markets. From partner integrations to the flows users touch, you own what you build: idea to ship, then iterate.
What You'll Do
- Ship features across the stack, from partner APIs to user-facing earn/redeem flows
- Build integrations that bring new partners — and new markets — onto the platform
- Take features from first commit to live: system design, build, test, launch, iterate
- Keep things clean: solid APIs, sane webhooks, docs people can actually follow
- Work directly with product, design, and commercial — small team, tight loops
- 2–4 yrs building backend-leaning full-stack software
- Comfortable with REST APIs and webhooks; OAuth a plus
- Strong ownership — you drive things to done without being chased
- You think about the user, not just the endpoint
- Bias to ship — pragmatic over perfect
- Data skills a plus (working with product/analytics data)
- Clear, low-ego communicator
