Role Type: Full-time, on-site - Northbridge Road

Working Schedule: 9 M - 6 PM, Mondays to Fridays

Contract Duration: 1-year, renewable

Monthly Salary: SGD 2,900

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the manager's calendar and scheduling
• Replying to client messages, mainly through WhatsApp group chats
• Helping clients with requests like sending over the latest portfolio
• Following up on claims and general client servicing tasks
• Light coordination with the content team when needed (for example, chasing the editor for a deliverable)
• General ad hoc admin support

What We're Looking For

• Based in Singapore, able to work on-site
• Strong communication skills, comfortable replying to clients directly
• Fast learner, takes instructions well, and isn't afraid to ask questions
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Open to fresh graduates. The tasks aren't overly complex, so someone junior with the right attitude (mature, hardworking, eager to learn) is absolutely worth considering
• Supporting content direction for company's branding
