Rida is a logistics technology company supporting healthcare, retail, and enterprise delivery operations across Singapore. We are looking for a Logistics Support Executive to support daily live delivery operations, with a focus on driver communications, recipient instructions, WhatsApp coordination, and delivery issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily WhatsApp, phone, and system-based communications with drivers, recipients, and internal operations teams.
- Provide drivers with delivery instructions, address clarifications, recipient updates, access details, and customer-specific SOP reminders.
- Contact recipients when required to confirm availability, delivery instructions, access arrangements, or special requests.
- Monitor live delivery progress and assist with resolving issues such as failed deliveries, recipient unavailability, wrong addresses, access issues, delays, and missed instructions.
- Update delivery statuses, recipient instructions, case notes, and incident records accurately in Rida’s systems.
- Escalate urgent or complex delivery issues to operations managers or account managers when required.
- Support healthcare and enterprise delivery workflows where accuracy, confidentiality, and SOP compliance are important.
- Assist with daily service recovery, issue tracking, handover notes, and basic operational reporting.
- Work closely with drivers and operations teams to ensure deliveries are completed smoothly and professionally.
Requirements
- Prior experience in logistics support, dispatch, customer service, call centre, fleet coordination, courier operations, or delivery operations is preferred.
- Comfortable handling WhatsApp messages, phone calls, and multiple live delivery cases at the same time.
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally with drivers, recipients, and internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail when handling addresses, delivery instructions, contact numbers, and service records.
- Able to stay calm under pressure and resolve operational issues quickly.
- Comfortable using delivery systems, dashboards, spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and internal communication tools.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Prior experience in healthcare logistics, last-mile delivery, e-commerce logistics, or courier operations would be an advantage.
Working Arrangement
- Full-time role based in Singapore.
- Shift-based work may be required depending on operational needs.
- Weekend or public holiday support may be required when rostered.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
