We are looking for passionate Learning Facilitators to deliver engaging, practical training that helps working professionals develop in-demand skills and achieve real workplace impact. What you will doDeliver practical cybersecurity training

• Facilitate engaging live online and classroom training sessions covering practical cybersecurity concepts and real-world applications.
• Lead hands-on labs, attack-and-defence simulations, incident response exercises, and scenario-based learning activities.
• Deliver training across key cybersecurity domains, including network security, threat detection, risk management, governance, compliance, and security operations.

Develop learner capabilities

• Mentor learners as they develop practical cybersecurity skills through real-world case studies and hands-on exercises.
• Provide personalised feedback, coaching, and guidance to support learner progress and confidence.
• Simplify complex cybersecurity concepts into practical, business-relevant learning experiences for professionals from diverse backgrounds.

Drive learning excellence

• Collaborate with the curriculum team to continuously improve course delivery and learner outcomes.
• Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Deliver high-quality training aligned with adult learning principles and SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) standards.

What we look for

We are looking for experienced practitioners who combine deep technical expertise with a passion for teaching. Successful candidates typically have:

• ACTA or ACLP certification (mandatory).
• At least 5 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience, ideally within financial services or other regulated industries.
• Strong practical experience in:
• Cybersecurity architecture, threat detection, and defence strategies.
• Security operations, SIEM platforms, and incident response.
• Risk management, security audits, governance, and compliance.
• Solid knowledge of:
• Security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
• Industry frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls.
• Data protection and regulatory requirements such as PDPA, GDPR, and MAS TRM.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for adult learners.

Prior experience in teaching, corporate training, mentoring, or facilitating adult learning programmes will be highly regarded.
