We are looking for passionate Learning Facilitators to deliver engaging, practical training that helps working professionals develop in-demand skills and achieve real workplace impact. If you enjoy teaching, facilitating discussions, and making learning interactive and meaningful, we'd love to hear from you.

What you will do

Deliver impactful AI training

• Facilitate engaging, hands-on training sessions focused on generative AI, workflow automation, and AI-powered productivity.
• Demonstrate practical business applications of AI across industries and functional teams.
• Lead interactive workshops, exercises, labs, and real-world case studies using modern AI tools and platforms.

Enable workplace AI adoption

• Guide learners in designing, building, and optimising AI-powered workflows and automation solutions.
• Simplify complex AI concepts into clear, business-relevant use cases that learners can immediately apply at work.
• Encourage experimentation, critical thinking, and practical problem-solving throughout the learning journey.

Maintain technical excellence

• Stay up to date with the latest developments in generative AI, automation platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Continuously improve course delivery by incorporating new tools, best practices, and industry trends.
• Contribute to maintaining high-quality learning experiences that deliver measurable outcomes for professionals.

What we look for

We are looking for experienced practitioners who combine technical credibility with strong instructional ability. Successful candidates typically have:

• ACTA or ACLP certification (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and related AI productivity or automation platforms.
• Experience in AI implementation, workflow automation, digital transformation, or related technology domains.
• The ability to translate technical concepts into practical, business-focused learning experiences.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and learner engagement skills.
• A passion for helping professionals adopt AI confidently and effectively in the workplace.
