Construction phase (core): Manage contracts and control costs. Review progress claims, handle cost adjustments arising from design changes (Variation Orders), and conduct regular site inspections. Post-project phase (settlement): Prepare and reconcile the final account, and resolve construction claims and any financial disputes.
