Restoran Aadhi Muniya in Skudai, Johor is looking for an experienced and responsible Night Shift Restaurant Chef.

Working Hours:
5:00 PM to 2:00 AM

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare goreng-goreng dishes such as fried rice, fried noodles and other customer orders.
• Prepare ingredients before the start of the shift.
• Ensure food is cooked according to the restaurant’s quality and taste standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, cooking equipment and work area.
• Monitor ingredient stock and inform management when supplies are running low.
• Follow food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Assist other restaurant staff during busy periods.
• Complete closing and kitchen-cleaning duties before finishing the shift.

Requirements:

• Experience working as a restaurant cook or chef is preferred.
• Able to prepare Malaysian and Indian-style goreng dishes.
• Able to work from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
• Hardworking, punctual, responsible and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to work during weekends and public holidays when required.
• Must have valid documents and permission to work in Malaysia.
