PME Bookshop is looking for a dedicated Part-Time Packing Assistant to join our warehouse & logistics team. This role is vital in ensuring that our customers receive their academic books, stationery, and educational supplies accurately, quickly, and in good condition across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack daily customer orders based on pick lists from multiple platforms.
• Label and arrange parcels according to courier or platform requirements.
• Conduct quality checks before packing to ensure no defects or incorrect items.
• Help with receiving goods, restocking shelves, and maintaining inventory order.
• Track and report low packaging material or stock to supervisor.
• Keep the packing area clean, organized, and efficient.
• Work closely with the e-commerce and operations team to meet daily dispatch targets.

Requirements:

• Physically fit – able to stand for long hours and lift light to medium-weight boxes.
• Detail-oriented and responsible – accuracy is important.
• Basic reading and understanding of item SKUs and packing slips.
• Willing to learn and follow SOPs.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous warehouse or e-commerce packing experience is a bonus.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
