Are you highly organised, detail-oriented and enjoy making things run smoothly behind the scenes?

We are looking for an Operations Admin Assistant to support the planning and execution of training programmes, workshops, consulting projects and e-learning initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, coordination and working with different stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate training programmes, workshops and consulting engagements
  • Prepare participant lists, attendance, certificates and programme documentation
  • Coordinate venues, trainers, vendors and training logistics
  • Support HRD Corp documentation and e-TRiS administration
  • Manage participant enrolment and learning records in e-learning platforms
  • Maintain accurate operational records and databases
  • Prepare reports and administrative documentation
  • Work closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance and trainers
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, HR, Operations Management or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • 1–2 years' experience in administration, operations support or training coordination is an advantage
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Experience with HRD Corp administration or e-learning platforms is an added advantage
