About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and organized Administrative Executive to support our daily business operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced motorcycle business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative duties and office operations.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and company records.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
- Process sales and service documentation.
- Assist with inventory records and data entry.
- Schedule appointments, deliveries, and meetings.
- Support HR administration, including leave records and staff documentation.
- Perform general office duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1–2 years of administrative experience (experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry is an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with accounting or ERP software is an advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
