Job Responsibilities

• Handle accounts receivable tasks efficiently and accurately, ensuring all supporting documents are complete and all procedures are properly followed.
• Keep all data in the system updated accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain well-organized, complete, and accurate accounting records and files to support audits and legal requirements.
• Assist in the preparation, sorting, and filing of documents related to accounting operations.
• Support the Finance team in ensuring compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Fundamental understanding of basic accounting procedures.
• Proficient in data entry with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently, independently, and with minimal supervision.
• Able to commence work immediately and commit fully to the 2-month internship

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
